Thabo Phake started as a trainee at the infamous Michelangelo Hotel in Sandton. Afterwards, he studied at the Johannesburg Culinary and Pastry School and completed his training at Cube Tasting Kitchen, which focuses on French gastronomy.
Phake then had the chance to consult as Head Chef for CF1 Cafe in Nigeria Abuja in 2019. As a fitness and wellness enthusiast, Thabo wants to make healthy, easy meals for busy people.
