PINEAPPLE, BANANA & COCONUT SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

2 cups fresh pineapple, cut into chunks

1 large banana, cut into chunks

1/2 cup light coconut milk

1/2 cup ice

1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)

1 Scoop Zen Enhanced Nutrition MRP Vanilla Shake

 

Method

Place all ingredients in the blender and blend on high until creamy.

Enjoy immediately. Makes 2 servings.
